At ComfortableWears.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange items within 28 days of receiving them.

How to Return

Returning an item is easy:

  1. Visit our Returns Page to register your return.
  2. Pack the items securely in their original packaging.
  3. Include all tags, labels, and any accessories that came with the item.
  4. Send the package using a tracked shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

Please note: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, simply return the original item following the steps above and place a new order for the replacement.

Refunds

Once your returned items have been received and inspected, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

International Returns

Additional Information

  • Sale items are eligible for return unless marked as “Final Sale.”
  • Gifts can be returned with a gift receipt for store credit or exchanged for another item.
  • For hygiene reasons, certain items such as swimwear or earrings may not be eligible for return if removed from their original packaging.
